Along the way, FCL has enjoyed the pleasure of establishing partnerships with organizations who have contributed products, goods, and services through grants, donations, discounts, and more to help with events such as Veterans Day Celebration, supporting students with supplies for the annual poster contest, the Litter Removal program, graffiti removal, along with baked goods, and coffee, and so much more. We are grateful for their generosity and support of Friends of Country Living and the Sunny Valley community. If your organization would like to get involved let us know!

WE LISTEN. WE FACILITATE. WE ACT.

  • Improving - Livable communities encourage personal independence; allow residents to remain in their homes and communities as they age; and provide opportunities for residents of all ages, ability levels, and backgrounds to engage fully in civic, economic, and social life.
  • Protecting - The Grave Creek Watershed is the lifeblood of the residents and wildlife of this valley as well as an important tributary of the Wild & Scenic Rogue River.  Friends of Country Living will continue to work with fellow advocates to protect this critical resource.
  • Preserving & Sustaining - Every rural community has a unique character.  From its strategic location along the mid-nineteenth century Applegate Trail, to the iconic 100-year-old Grave Creek Covered Bridge and historic Radio Park building, Sunny Valley, Oregon has a rich historical character!
